The first choice for large lawn care: gasoline lawn mowers with wide blades can double the coverage area in a single operation

Masenter, a manufacturer specializing in the research and development and production of gasoline-powered garden equipment, recently launched a new gasoline lawn mower designed for large lawn applications. This model, with its innovative combination of a high-horsepower gasoline engine and custom wide-width blades, can cover up to twice the area of traditional models in a single pass, providing an efficient solution for large lawn care applications such as municipal gardens, large farms, and golf courses.

Targeting industry pain points, the wide-width design breaks the "efficiency bottleneck."

For large lawn maintenance, traditional mowers, due to their limited blade width, often require repeated back-and-forth movements. This is time-consuming and increases equipment wear and fuel costs. To address this pain point, the Masenter R&D team, after six months of testing and optimization, equipped the new gasoline lawn mower with reinforced manganese steel blades up to 60 cm wide.

"This wide-width blade features a unique serrated pattern, ensuring stable cutting and reducing weed entanglement," explained the Masenter factory's technical director. Powered by a powerful 196cc gasoline engine, the new machine can easily handle complex vegetation, including dense weeds and low shrubs. Even on slopes up to 15°, it maintains a consistent speed, eliminating incomplete cutting due to insufficient power.

Test data shows that on a 1,000 square meter lawn, a traditional mower takes 1.5 hours to complete, while the new gasoline wide-width mower takes only 40 minutes, significantly improving efficiency. Fuel consumption is also reduced by 8% compared to traditional models, achieving both high efficiency and energy efficiency.

Strong factory quality control ensures the durability of core components.

As a factory deeply involved in gasoline lawn mower production, the Masenter factory rigorously controls quality throughout the production process of new products. The new model's core engine components have undergone 200 hours of continuous operation testing, with a failure rate of less than 0.2%. The wide-blade blades are made of 65Mn spring steel and undergo a high-frequency quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC52. This extends the lifespan three times longer than conventional blades, reducing the need for frequent component replacements.

In addition, the factory has designed user-friendly details for this model: a larger fuel tank eliminates frequent downtime for refueling; the remote control system provides greater convenience, reduces fatigue during long hours of operation, and further enhances the user experience.

Focusing on volume demand, the factory offers customized procurement services.

This gasoline-powered wide-blade lawn mower has entered mass production. The Masenter factory offers flexible procurement solutions tailored to specific customer needs. For bulk purchases, such as municipal gardens and large farms, custom color and logo labeling services are available. Furthermore, a European overseas warehouse provides fast shipping, ensuring rapid customer adoption. "We also provide free operation training and a one-year warranty service to purchasing customers." The sales manager of the Masenter factory said that they will continue to optimize the performance of the model based on market feedback and plan to launch an extra-large version with a width of 80cm to further meet the needs of caring for larger lawns.
